Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or engaging with Turbopine's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Turbopine provides done-for-you AI automation services including:

• —Speed to Lead — AI voice agent that responds to new leads within 60 seconds
• —Follow-up & Nurture — automated multi-channel follow-up sequences over 21 days
• —Database Reactivation — AI outreach campaigns to dormant CRM contacts

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements signed by both parties.

3. Consent to Communications

As a provider of AI-powered calling and messaging services, Turbopine complies with applicable telecommunications laws including the TCPA (US), CASL (Canada), and PECR (UK). Our clients are also responsible for ensuring their own use of Turbopine-built systems complies with applicable law.

4. Payment Terms

• —Setup fees are due upon project commencement and are non-refundable. They cover the work of building, configuring, and testing your automation system.
• —Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• —The first-month 50% discount applies to the monthly retainer only, not the setup fee.
• —All fees are quoted and billed in USD unless otherwise agreed.
• —Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days' notice.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you do not see a measurable improvement in lead response time and booked meetings within 30 days of your system going live, your first month's retainer will be refunded in full. The setup fee is excluded from this guarantee as it covers work already completed. To claim the guarantee, contact us within 37 days of the system launch date with details of the specific outcomes you expected and did not receive.

6. Cancellation Policy

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice sent to keruba@turbopine.com. No long-term contracts are required. Upon cancellation, your systems will be handed off or deactivated as agreed. Any months already paid are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee window.

7. Client Responsibilities

• —Providing accurate business information, CRM access, and assets required to build your system
• —Ensuring your own compliance with applicable laws when using our automation systems to contact your leads or customers
• —Not using Turbopine-built systems to contact individuals who have opted out of communications
• —Maintaining active subscriptions to any third-party tools required (where applicable)

8. Intellectual Property

Turbopine retains ownership of all workflows, templates, scripts, and system architectures we develop, except where explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Upon full payment and while your retainer remains active, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the systems we build for your business.

9. Limitation of Liability

Turbopine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Revenue projections and ROI estimates provided are illustrative only and are not guarantees of results.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
